Jeon Hwan Bup (전화법)
Turning means circling. Circling is a very important movement to disperse the force of the opponent, which enters directly. This is composed of various types of circles.
To draw maximum force as a circled form out of your body, make it a spiral form. Your body is an oval, and you make an oval with the movement of your body. When you have so many circles in your body, you can make a great force, as a pulley pulls heavy objects. In the same way, when circle movements, made by your technique meet the other circle movements of your body, you feel the most beautiful and mysterious ki within your body. You use your ki, put it in harmony with the force of the opponent to gain control over him. We call this ‘Jeon Hwan Bup’.

Yeong Nyu Bup (역류법)
This is a way to drag and break up the force of the opponent. Yet, it is no use if you use this without circling (Jeon Hwan Bup). First, you search a way to break up, using Yeong Nyu Bup within circling, then you can find a way to break up the force of your opponent easily.

Shim Hwa Bup (심화법)
Shim Hwa is a way to find the force of the mind. Make you mind calm, righteous and just, then your force will be doubled. When a force is used for good, the force becomes more powerful. If you adjust your mind to the opponent, it means that you stop his force, and let it flow naturally till it disappears. The heart of wind, of the clouds, these are the climax of the nature’s flow.
If you put your will into this smooth movement, it will turn into storms and typhoons. How can we control over our minds? You can do the best training if you find out the right movements for your body through your self movements.
